Spiritualist Healing is an integral part of the religion and is defined as "the laying on of hands and silent prayer". All Church Healers are registered with the Healing Committee of the SNU and services of Healing are properly supervised, each healer honouring a Code of Conduct.

The SNU is a member organisation of the UK Healers, which has as its patron the Prince of Wales. Anyone is welcome to attend the service on Tuesdays at 7:30pm: and you need not have healing, if you do not wish to.

Appointments can also be made for registered healers to make home visits; to visit hospitals, nursing homes and hospices but these arrangements must be made through the Church, and not with individuals.

All healers are registered and insured by the SNU Healing Committee.
